    The customer service towards African Americans at this location is less than mediocre. I went into the bank to pay an overcharge. The introduction of the first teller was less than friendly and the vibe these women give off are less than any other place I have been in my life. I felt like I was on the set of "The Help". Amber Gordon was so rude, cold, and distant. Plus she lied to me about 3rd Party check deposits, thinking I was uneducated on FDIC banking policies. SMH. Staff makeover needed! If it wasnt for my overcharge I would have left this 1632 mentality institution. And I am lining up my affairs to do so. So here's to 100 plus years later and people are still racist bigots!

  • Review of "Shell" at Lake Park

    I stopped by to get gas and use my Winn Dixie card on 9-27-16 at 7:15 pm. I had problems with the Winn Dixie card and walked inside to get help. Every question I asked the attendant seemed to bother him. He was the rudest person I have ever met. He acted like my request was stupid so I informed him I wasn't stupid. He screamed at me at yelled "I DID NOT CALL YOU STUPID!!!!!! I walked out and still tried to use my card to get gas. He never even tried to help me. I will Never patronize this store again. I will tell everyone I can about this terrible experience. Good Bye SHELL gas
